Mahlzeit Cast Iron Bread Pot Set pre-seasoned, with Proofing Basket, Bread Sling and Accessories

The Mahlzeit bread baking pot offers ample space for homemade sourdough, whole grain or classic farmhouse bread. Its shape allows you to create particularly oval and elongated loaves with a crispy crust and a moist, soft interior.

The solid, pre-seasoned cast iron pot distributes heat evenly and retains it for a particularly long time. Together with the matching lid, an ideal baking climate is created, which supports the formation of a strong crust while ensuring a moist interior.

The included oval proofing basket gives the dough support during proofing and helps achieve a uniform shape. Its elongated shape is perfectly matched to the bread pot and is ideal for preparing oval loaves.

The included bread sling is tailored to the shape of the bread pot and makes it easier to place the prepared dough and lift out the freshly baked bread. This allows for comfortable and safer handling of the bread.

Everything for homemade bread in one set: In addition to the cast iron bread pot with lid, an oval proofing basket, a bread sling, a dough whisk, a dough scraper, a baker's lame, and a cleaning brush are included. This provides the right tools from preparing and shaping the dough to baking and serving.

The cast iron bread pot is intended exclusively for baking and preparing food. The pot, lid, and handles become very hot during use. There is a risk of burns! Always use heat-resistant oven mitts and only place the hot pot on a heat-resistant surface. Open the lid carefully, as hot steam may escape. Avoid drastic temperature changes and do not pour cold liquids into the hot pot. Its heavy weight can lead to injuries or damage – lift and carry the pot carefully. Only use the bread pot on suitable heat sources and never leave it unattended. Keep children and pets away. Allow all parts to cool completely before cleaning and discontinue use of the pot if it has cracks or other damage.
