💳 Payment & Ordering

What payment methods are possible?

When placing an order, you can choose from the following payment methods: PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UnionPay, Bancontact, and eps transfer. All payments are processed through our secure payment providers Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Klarna.

Is it possible to place an order via email?

The easiest and fastest way to order is directly through our online shop – there you can see all available items at a glance and receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you need assistance with your order or have a specific request, please feel free to contact us via our contact form or by email ( verkauf@cs-trading.de ). We will then work together to find the best way to help you. In certain cases, for example with spare parts orders, processing can also be handled via email.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, we will be happy to assist you. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or by email ( verkauf@cs-trading.de ) – we will do our best to process your request according to your wishes. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can of course still cancel or change it. If the order has already been shipped, you can return the package to us free of charge within the cancellation period or refuse delivery. In this case, the shipment will be automatically returned to us.

Can I change my delivery address after submitting it?

If you would like to change the delivery address, we will be happy to assist you. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or by email ( verkauf@cs-trading.de ) – we will do our best to process your request according to your wishes. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can of course still change it. If the order has already been shipped, you can request a redirection from the shipping provider within the tracking information.

Can I buy a gift certificate?

We don't currently offer gift vouchers. However, we are working hard to make it possible for you to purchase gift vouchers in the future – so you can surprise your loved ones.

📦Delivery & Shipping

To which countries can my order be delivered?

We deliver your order to Germany and 22 other European countries. A detailed list of all delivery countries and their respective shipping costs can be found here: Shipping Information .

How much are the shipping costs in Germany?

Shipping within Germany is free. We cover the shipping costs for you. Further information can be found here: Shipping Information .

What are the shipping costs outside of Germany?

Shipping costs outside of Germany vary depending on the delivery country and order value. You can find an overview here: Shipping information .

Where can I see if a product is available?

All products you see in our shop and can add to your shopping cart are of course available for immediate delivery. If you are looking for a specific product and can no longer find it in the shop, please feel free to contact us using our contact form .

When will the shipment take place?

We always strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If we receive your order and payment by 12:30 PM on a business day, shipping usually takes place the same day. If they arrive later or on the weekend, we will ship your order as soon as possible on the next business day.

Which shipping provider will be used?

Your order will be shipped – depending on the product and the respective warehouse location – via DHL, DPD, or a freight carrier. Please understand that it is unfortunately not possible to select the shipping method or parcel service.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipment tracking information. Please note that it may take a few hours after your order has been shipped for the tracking status to update. Using the tracking information, you can follow your package's progress at any time and see its estimated delivery date. You can also adjust the delivery date and location if needed.

Is shipping to a parcel locker possible?

You can easily redirect your shipment to a Packstation or branch yourself via the tracking number after the package has been dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer direct delivery of your order to Packstations, as our packages often exceed the standard dimensions. However, we are working diligently to make this option available to you.

How long does a delivery take on average?

Parcel shipments within Germany typically arrive within 1-3 business days. Deliveries to other countries may take slightly longer, depending on the destination. Freight shipments usually arrive within 2-6 business days. To ensure everything runs smoothly, the freight company will contact you by phone beforehand to arrange a specific delivery date. 🔁 Returns, Cancellations & Complaints

Can I cancel my order?

Of course, you can cancel your order in writing within the statutory cancellation period, i.e., 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Simply contact us via our contact form or by email ( verkauf@cs-trading.de ). You can find further information about your right of cancellation here: Cancellation Policy .

Is an exchange possible?

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team using our contact form . We will gladly check if we can arrange an exchange for you. If a direct exchange is not possible in your case, you will of course receive a free return label for orders placed within the cancellation period. You can then easily reorder your desired product from our shop as usual.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

We are very sorry that you received a defective product – we sincerely apologize for this. We are, of course, committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible and to your complete satisfaction. Please fill out the contact form completely. Alternatively, you can also contact us by email ( verkauf@cs-trading.de ) with all the relevant information. As soon as we receive your information, we will get back to you immediately with the next steps.

How do I return my order?

We are very sorry if one of our products does not meet your expectations. In this case, please contact us using our contact form – we will take care of it and do our best to resolve your issue. After you contact us, we will of course offer you free returns for orders placed within the cancellation period. Please do not return any products without prior consultation and at your own expense, as we unfortunately cannot reimburse these shipping costs.

How is a refund processed for a return?

Should you decide to cancel your order, we will refund the purchase price as soon as the goods have been received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method – usually within a few days of receiving your return.

How can I order spare parts for my product?

For your inquiry, please use our contact form or send us an email to verkauf@cs-trading.de . Please be sure to include the invoice or order number of your original order. This information is crucial for us to clearly identify the item and its corresponding batch and to quickly and reliably check its current availability for you.

How can I contact customer service?

We are happy to assist you if you have any questions or require support. The easiest way to reach our customer service is via the contact form – simply fill in all the relevant fields, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Of course, we are also available via chat, email ( verkauf@cs-trading.de ), or telephone. Unfortunately, our phone lines are usually very busy and difficult to reach. Therefore, we recommend using the contact form .

How quickly does customer service respond?

Our customer service team is happy to assist you and typically responds within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If a particularly high volume of inquiries causes a delay, we appreciate your understanding. If you haven't received a response after two business days, please contact us again – we will address your request as quickly as possible.

All important information about our products can be found directly on the respective product page, including images, highlights, detailed product descriptions, and product safety information. Should you have any further questions or if anything is unclear, we are happy to assist you.
