A heavy, traditional cast-iron pot with a perfectly fitting lid, ideal for cooking, roasting, braising, frying, steaming, and baking anywhere. Whether in an oven, on a gas or electric stove, or other cooking surfaces, this roaster is portable and versatile.

If you need a grill pan to go with the baking pot, simply turn the lid over. The ribbed surface creates attractive grill marks on your roasting and grilling food and adds extra grilled flavor. The induction-compatible roasting pans with lids and the roasting dish are enameled inside and out. Thanks to the enamel coating, these cast iron roasting pans are ideal for searing meats like goose or duck and for slow, slow braising in their own juices.

An enameled cast iron skillet or roaster is designed for frying, braising, and slow cooking food on stovetops and in the oven. Before first use, clean thoroughly with warm water and mild detergent. Never place the skillet or roaster empty on a lit heat source to avoid damaging the enamel. The skillet and handles can become very hot when heated, so use heat-resistant gloves. Keep children away from hot skillets. Do not use in a microwave. Allow the skillet or roaster to cool completely after use before cleaning. Hand wash only and dry thoroughly to avoid damaging the enamel.
