A 3,000-gram salmon fillet can easily be prepared on our flame-grilled salmon board – after all, it measures 50 x 15 cm! The finished salmon can be served directly on the board. The board can be used on any grill with a wall thickness of up to 5 mm and offers an adjustable tilt to the fire with 5 adjustable positions. This allows for a 180-degree rotation, ensuring even cooking.

Made of high-quality stainless steel, the board is more resistant to bacteria and unpleasant fish odors. The stainless steel also prevents warping due to overheating and simplifies cleaning and maintenance.

The salmon plank is designed for grilling salmon and other foods over an open fire. Use the plank exclusively for this purpose. Ensure the plank is dry and in perfect condition before use. Make sure the plank is not placed directly in the flames, but only over the heat of the fire. The plank should be stable while grilling to prevent it from tipping over or slipping. Be careful, as the plank can become very hot. Due to potentially sharp corners and edges, handle with care. Always wear suitable gloves to avoid injury. Keep the plank out of reach of children and pets.
