The solid, rectangular steel grill plate can be easily placed on the grill surface and used immediately. Made of 5 mm thick steel, the grill pan weighs approximately 4.5 kg and fits many gas and charcoal grills.

The plancha is enclosed on three sides by a rim – only the front is open. You can easily scrape off and dispose of any cooking residue and excess fat or oil, ensuring clean grilling on the plancha. This preserves the flavor of your food and guarantees excellent grilling results.
