The Kamado grill is intended exclusively for grilling, cooking, and smoking food outdoors. Not suitable for use in enclosed spaces or poorly ventilated areas – risk of suffocation and carbon monoxide poisoning. Before each use, check that the grill is undamaged, especially the ceramic housing, cooking grate, hinges, seals, ventilation controls, and stand. Only operate the grill on a level, stable, heat-resistant, and non-flammable surface and maintain a safe distance from flammable materials. During operation, the ceramic, lid, cooking grate, and charcoal become very hot – risk of burns. Only touch hot surfaces with heat-resistant gloves and appropriate grilling utensils. Take care when opening the lid – the chimney effect can cause flare-ups; open the lid slowly and carefully. Never leave the grill unattended while it is in use. Do not use flammable liquids or unsuitable firelighters. After use, allow the charcoal to burn completely and the grill to cool completely before cleaning, transporting, or covering it. Children must not operate the Kamado grill and should only be near it under supervision. Do not use the grill if it shows cracks, chips in the ceramic, defective seals, is unstable, or if it is otherwise damaged.
