Lava Stone Meal Set (4-piece) | Set includes hot stone, plate and wooden board

The set consists of a wooden board, a lava rock, a stainless steel bowl, and a plate. The stainless steel bowl serves to protect the wooden board.

Heat the lava stone slowly before use until it reaches the desired temperature. To do this, gradually increase your oven temperature. Once the desired stone temperature is reached, you can prepare your food directly at the table. Tip: Briefly sear your steak in a pan. Then cut the steak into pieces and finish cooking it on the lava stone.

The lava stone can be used for cooking fish, seafood, meat, vegetables, and much more. Besides using it in the oven, the stone can also be placed on gas and charcoal grills. Additionally, you can serve your food directly on the stone to keep it warm for longer. Alternatively, the lava stone can also be used as a serving platter for cold dishes such as sushi, cheese, carpaccio, smoked salmon, salads, desserts, or fruit.

Clean the cooled, but still slightly warm, lava stone with a spatula to carefully remove any residue. Then clean and polish the stone with a damp cloth. Only the plate can be placed in the dishwasher.
