The stainless steel plancha is intended exclusively for frying and grilling food on suitable grills or cooktops. Check for damage and secure fit before each use. During operation, the plancha and adjacent components become very hot – risk of burns. Only touch hot surfaces with heat-resistant gloves and suitable grilling utensils. Always place the plancha on a stable surface and do not leave it unattended while cooking. Take care with hot fat and escaping liquids – risk of splashing. After use, allow to cool completely, clean, and dry. Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents to avoid material damage. Children must not use the plancha and should only be near it under supervision. Do not continue to use the plancha if it is deformed, has sharp edges, or is otherwise damaged.
