The Mahlzeit brand cutting board can be used for cutting fruit, vegetables, fish, meat and much more.
The wooden board is made from 100% bamboo. Thanks to the hygienic properties of the wood, it is ideally suited as a cutting board. Furthermore, bamboo is considered one of the hardest types of wood.
The cutting board features a practical juice groove that makes cutting tomatoes or other watery vegetables easier. The two side handles ensure safe transport and easy handling. Both the front and back of the board can be used for this purpose.
Unlike cutting boards made of glass, stone, or other hard materials, wood is gentler on your knives. This keeps them sharp and ready for use for longer.
The bamboo cutting board can be easily cleaned with a little dish soap and lukewarm water. Tip: It is recommended to oil the board from time to time. Ordinary cold-pressed cooking oil is suitable for this.
