The induction-compatible roasting pan is a heavy, traditional cast-iron pot with a precisely fitting lid, suitable for cooking, roasting, braising, frying, steaming, and baking on any cooking surface. Whether in an oven, gas or electric stove, induction cooktop, or other cooking appliances, the roasting pan is portable and versatile.

If you need a grill pan to go with the baking pot, simply turn the lid over. The ribbed surface creates attractive grill marks on your food and adds extra grilled flavor.

The enameled roasting platter is the ideal addition to your kitchen equipment. The platter features two side handles for safe handling. Its weight of 5.55 kg also ensures stability.

The induction-compatible roasting pan with lid is enamelled inside and out. Thanks to the enamel coating, the cast iron roasting pan is ideal for searing meats such as goose or duck and for slow braising in their own juices.
