Mahlzeit's enamelled cast iron grill plate is ideal for frying fish and meat, but also for grilling vegetables and other foods. Thanks to the cast iron, the grill plate has excellent heat conductivity and distributes heat evenly across the food.

The cast iron griddle is heat-resistant and therefore ideal for use in the refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and grill. The ribbed surface creates attractive grill marks on food and adds extra grilled flavor. With a capacity of 1.6 liters, the griddle is also perfect for braising in its own juices.
