The hand crank sets the piston in motion, pressing the sausage mixture evenly through the filling tube – entirely without electricity. The high-quality stainless steel piston features an integrated vent valve, ensuring a smooth and bubble-free filling process.

The filling funnel is tiltable and removable, making it particularly easy to fill and clean thoroughly. This practical feature simplifies handling and ensures hygienic use.
